He has worked with leading institutions such as SBI Card, HDFC Bank, and the Aditya Birla Group, and has also been associated with the Supreme Court of India. With over five years of experience navigating the complex intersection of law, finance, and compliance, he offers valuable insights into both the corporate legal landscape and the financial challenges faced by today’s youth.

It is my pleasure to introduce Assistant Public Prosecutor Nikhar Baranwal, an accomplished legal professional currently serving with the Government of Jharkhand. Ms. Nikhar completed her B.A. LL.B. from Law College Dehradun and went on to pursue her LL.M. in Criminal Law from Punjabi University, Patiala, where she graduated with first-class distinction and earned the distinction of University Topper and Gold Medalist. She qualified the UGC-NET with an impressive 97.76 percentile. Her professional journey reflects a rich mix of litigation, academics, and public service. She has also served as a faculty member at ICFAI University. In her current role as an Assistant Public Prosecutor at the District Courts, Ranchi, she represents the State in magisterial courts, handling prosecution work and contributing to the administration of justice at the grassroots level.

It is my pleasure to introduce Dr. Dhawal Shankar Srivastava, an accomplished legal academic and researcher with a strong interdisciplinary background. Dr. Srivastava completed his B.A. and LL.B. (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University, followed by an LL.M. with dual specialization in Criminal Law and Corporate Law from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where his research focuses on organ transplantation laws and the ethical and legal challenges surrounding organ trafficking. He has served as both a Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at USLLS, GGSIPU, and has held faculty positions at reputed institutions, including IILM University and Christ University, where he has taught a wide range of subjects. Dr. Srivastava is a prolific researcher, having authored and co-authored numerous publications in UGC CARE and SCOPUS-indexed journals, and has presented research papers at several national and international conferences. His diverse experience in teaching, research, and legal practice makes him an inspiring figure for law students aspiring to pursue academic, research, and policy-oriented careers.

Today, we have with us Advocate Chandrika Dutta, a graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi, who went on to pursue her LL.M. in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom (2022–2023). She has gained hands-on experience both in India and the UK — having worked as a Paralegal with leading law firms such as Singh & Singh Law Firm and Vohra & Vohra IP Attorneys in Delhi, and now working at EDF Energy, Brighton. She cleared the UGC-NET in 2016 and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
